What you need to know before your first logging session.
Requirements
- Adobe Premiere Pro 2026, version 26.0 or later
- macOS first; Windows will follow
- An internet connection to describe and rate shots
Installation
- Double-click the .ccx file and Creative Cloud installs it
- In Premiere, open the panel from the Window menu
- Dock the panel wherever you like, just like any other
Getting started
- Logging: once per project, choose the type of shoot
- Build a rough cut: your material in the order of a film
- Lay down your selected shots and your music, then edit the film

What people ask us.
How long does logging take?
On a villa shoot with 197 clips, measuring camera movement took 16 minutes. Logging happens once per project.
Does the tool modify my footage?
No. Everything happens in new sequences. The bin organization can be undone in one click.
Can I undo an action?
Yes. Every action is shown before it's applied, and can be undone with Cmd+Z in Premiere.
Which codecs?
Premiere reads your media and exports the analyzed frames itself: if Premiere can read it, the tool can read it. à valider ·vérifier sur BRAW, R3D, S-Log3
Does it work offline?
